Michael T. McCarthy, President of Hurt & Forbes has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. He began his career in the life insurance industry with Prudential Insurance. In 1992 he joined Allied American Insurance, based out of Natick, MA in the Property & Casualty field and later worked his way up to Branch manager.

Mike purchased the agency from George Hurt in 1998. He resides in Gilford NH with his wife, Denise and son, Andrew.
